Downs Link 

The Downs Link is a 36.7 miles footpath and bridleway linking the North Downs Way at St. Martha's Hill in Surrey with the South Downs Way near Steyning in West Sussex and on via the Coastal Link to Shoreham-by-Sea. It runs very close to Gaveston Hall and is ideal for walking and cycling. Find out more here. 

Knepp Estate 

Just 4 miles from Gaveston Hall, Knepp Rewilding Project offers country walks through local farmland, where you can see wild deer, wild pigs, wild ponies and, in the spring, storks nesting.  

Southwater Country Park 

Southwater Country Park is less than five miles from Gaveston Hall and is a perfect day out for people of all ages. Activities include water sports, fishing and cycling and there is also a cafe and visitor centre. Visit their website for more details.
