First of all feel at home, enjoy your stay and please give us the opportunity to try and solve any problem you may have.
We are a family business not a Hotel
Please respect our neighbours, other guests and all wildlife.
Quiet hours between 11:00PM AND 7:00AM, That’s the law !!
No shouting or music outside, Keep the noise down as low as possible or the Police will be called and you will be asked to leave the site with no refund.
Only confirmed registered guests are permitted in our site. No extra guests or visitors after booking. This is for your own safety.
No balloons, Chinese lanterns, fireworks or loud speakers allowed.
No illegal substances or activities allowed or police will be called .
Smoking inside the buildings is not permitted. Please dispose of your cigarette ends in bins provided not on the floor .
Please respect the boundaries of renting agreement.
Please take care of our beautiful grounds and put any rubbish in bins provided and do not pick flowers or break branches from trees or bushes.
Our tap water is clean to drink so please do not bring single use plastic water bottles. All plastic water bottles must be taken home.
Do not feed the animals.
No pets allowed unless agreed during booking.
Camp Fire and Barbecue in designated area only!!
Please leave the premises clean and tidy including furniture, which should be put back where it was found.
Booking period per night is for 24hours and arrival and leaving times are specified on the booking form unless pre=arranged with the office.
No camping or sleeping in van/car/camper van or other accommodation unless agreed on the booking form.
We kindly ask that you’d be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours.
A cash deposit will be taken in case of any damage or misbehaviour or extra cleaning required.
