Gaveston Coach House is set at the end of a beautiful tree lined avenue in the heart of the West Sussex countryside yet within walking distance of a local country pub. The cottage consists of two floors with the living areas on the ground floor and the sleeping accommodation above.
The open plan living and dining room is a light, spacious area with a comfortable sofa and a dining table which can seat up to four (there is also an additional single daybed available in the living area at a supplement of £50). A large television with Freeview television is provided for entertainment and WIFI is also available.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine and is amply equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery.
The bedroom is on the first floor and is a large area with a gorgeous view of the surrounding estate grounds. There is a double bed and a single bed available in this room. The ensuite bathroom has a corner shower, wc and basin as well as a useful towel heater.
There are double patio doors to the front of the property with garden benches for outside seating. Access to the fishing lake can be organised by arrangement with the Owner. There is allocated parking close to the property for up to two vehicles.
Horsham
Although situated in a rural and peaceful location, it is just five miles from the bustling market town of Horsham which is rich in history and architectural design and boasts a superb variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The Causeway in the town is a beautiful tranquil tree lined street of medieval houses that lead to the parish church of St Mary's. The Carfax is at the very heart of the town with open air cafes, bandstand music and street markets and the Saturday market features a large variety of stalls across the town and is worth calling in to see.
